The start

OK. 124 for the start, that doughnut binge looks like it hurt me. These next three days are going to be hard but I’m just going to keep thinking “122, 122, 122” I haven’t seen 122 in AGES. It needs to happen. This is the start. If you feel up to it, please send me some encouragement in my inbox. I might need it!

Spoiled

So, I had been having a pretty good day since this evening. Then I got home from after grad where I didn’t eat ANY sweets. THEN this happens

Doughnut binge

I’m pissed at myself. HOW THE FUCK DID I LET THAT HAPPEN?? I honestly mashed up a bag full of jelly donuts and ate it like an animal. FUCKING DISGUSTING. 

Any tips on how to resist those types of temptations?

Structure

I think I need more structure and effort for my weightloss this summer. I’ve been trying to loose weight all year, but I’ve been at the same god damn 124 pounds basically the whole time. This summer I’d like to get down to 100 before I go to college. I think if I develop a strong pattern this summer I’ll be able to maintain it when I go off to college. So far my tactic has been over-restrict, binge, up, down no net loss. But! My new goal is to loose 2-3 pounds a week and never, ever see them again. It’ll be slow and painful, but I think it’s what I need to do. If I hold on to that mentality I should accomplish my summer goal. So. Tomorrow will be my official start of summer weigh in. I will post all food and exercise that I do along with tips and thinspppppooooo! I know I had a bad weekend but I want to come back from it and succeed this summer. New starts for college coming this way.
